You're here, because something in your life is "off." You may feel like it's just one area or it's everything. It's time to change that. Build the Life where you can Be, Do, and Have what you want. That's Why I'm Here!
No pressure, just a grounding conversation about where you're at, where you want to be, and what’s getting in the way.
Rebuild trust with yourself by following through on the habits that matter.
Feel more grounded and less reactive in your relationships.
Create a daily rhythm that supports your health, energy, and calm.
Step into a version of you that feels confident and not just "getting by."
Share what’s going on in your life, explore what you want to feel instead, and leave with at least one practical next step.
Sessions are held online for privacy and flexibility.
Coaching and consulting for individuals who are ready to stop repeating the same patterns—and finally feel integrated, not fragmented.
Shift out of all-or-nothing cycles and learn how to overcome the blocks to building sustainable habits.
Tune into what your body's been trying to tell you—so you can boost your energy, sleep better, eat healthier, and stick to a workout plan.
Understand your patterns in conflict, learn to communicate your feelings and needs without shutting down or exploding, and bring more ease into your closest connections.
Build nervous-system-aware tools for regulating anxiety, overthinking, and burnout—so you can move from constant survival mode into a steadier, more grounded way of being.
Untangle perfectionism, people-pleasing, and harsh self-talk so you can feel solid in who you are—whether or not everything looks "perfect" from the outside.
We spend 15 minutes getting clear on what’s not working, what you’re currently doing, and whether coaching is the right fit for you right now.
You can be with a therapist or coach for years and only work on things week to week, but we want to know where you're currently at so we can consistently improve. This 60-Minute assessment helps identify a clear starting point.
If you continue, we’ll choose a coaching container that fits your life. You’ll get accountability, reflection, and tools to stay connected to the person you’re becoming.
You don’t have to have the perfect words or a polished story. You just have to be willing to show up honestly as you are right now.

The Integrated You was created for people who either:
A. Are high-capacity on the outside, yet quietly exhausted on the inside, wondering is there more?
B. People who read the books, listen to the podcasts, and still feel like they’re fighting the same battles with themselves.
C. Are just starting out and need guidance, because you've hit a block and don't know where to turn to next.
My work blends behavior design, nervous system awareness, and practical coaching so you can make real changes in how you show up day-to-day. It's both change from the inside-out and the outside-in. By combining both, you like who you're becoming and the actions you're taking, and the changes are seen in the real world.
Non-judgmental space that honors your pace and your story.
Curious questions instead of quick fixes.
Practical experiments to make improvements between sessions.
Support in greater understanding of yourself, your relationships, health, and daily routines.
If you’re tired of trying to do it all alone, a free consultation is a low-stakes way to feel what it’s like to have a partner in the process.
“This has been nothing short of transformative. So many quiet assumptions. A unique and complimentary experience to everything else I've been doing. I keep waiting to find faults, but don't find any. Crazy for an overthinker like me..”
— Paul K.
“I was breaking promises to myself. Now I actually trust myself to follow through, even when my week is full. The changes are small but they’ve added up in a way I can feel every day. I came in because I was stressed and not sleeping, but what surprised me was how calm my relationships feel. I'm less reactive, I recover faster, and I’m not carrying the same resentment around all the time."
— Michael B.
“Working with you has been so productive and has truly helped me get rid of poor habits and adopt healthier habits that empower me to make positive changes and achieve my goals. You've helped me get to the root of my panicked and disordered eating and assisted me in setting goals, assessing why the goals might not have been achieved, and adjusting my routines and habits to reach them.”
— Lily B.

The consultation is a 15-minute phone or video call (I use Google Meets) where we talk about what’s happening in your life right now, what you’re wanting to feel or experience instead, and what you’ve already tried. I’ll share how I work, you can ask any questions, and together we’ll decide whether ongoing coaching feels like the right next step. There’s no pressure to commit on the call.
No. The Integrated You offers coaching and consulting, which is future- and action-oriented. The goal is to explore the now, and what you want and what's standing in your way now, and this often includes touching upon your past and your story, but the focus is on building awareness, skills, and habits that support you going forward. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. If I believe you’d be better served by another kind of support, I’ll share that honestly.
This work is for adults who are ready to take an honest look at their patterns and experiment with new ways of showing up—around health, relationships, boundaries, self-talk, and daily habits. Many clients are navigating big transitions (career shifts, parenting, loss, burnout, relationship changes) and want a grounded space to integrate everything they’re learning.
It depends on your goals and what you’re working through. Some people book a short series of sessions around a specific change they want to make. Others work together for several months to support a larger life transition. While others like the consistent feedback and although they're at a good place, gives them a way to feel grounded and gets a fresh set of eyes on what they're dealing with in an ongoing manner. We’ll talk about what makes sense for you during the consultation, and you’ll always have a say in the pace and structure.
That’s completely understandable—and very common. You don’t have to show up as your most polished self. You’re welcome to come with messy notes, half-formed thoughts, or simply, “I just know I can’t keep doing it this way.” Part of the work is learning to show up as you are, and that begins with the very first call.
The consultation is a space to ask questions, feel into the fit, and get support—even if you decide not to move forward.
If now isn’t the right time, you’re always welcome to return when you’re ready.
If there’s even a small part of you that’s ready to feel more integrated—clearer, calmer, more like yourself—consider this your invitation.
No pressure. No scripts. Just a real conversation about where you are and where you’d like to go next.
